Making A Purchase
We accept all major credit and debit cards on our online store. When you checkout you will see the total cost including delivery charge before you enter your card details.

For details of other payment methods, please phone or email us.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we despatch the goods to you (we include an invoice with the goods). We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If your item is not in stock we will let you know the expected delivery date and also give you the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Express Delivery - examples
Orders placed between 11am on Friday and 11am on Monday should be despatched on Monday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday.
Orders placed on Wednesday before 11am should be delivered on Thursday.



The timings above assume that all your items are in stock. Occasionally an item may be out of stock - in this case we will notify you as quickly as possible and you can choose to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

If we are personalising items with logos this does take additional time. We will inform you of the estimated delivery date.

For all delivery options a signature may be required on delivery (if you're not in a card will be left and you can telephone the carrier to arrange a convenient day for redelivery). Most orders are delivered by carriers such as FedEx (usually deliver only Mon to Fri), although very small orders may go via Royal Mail (and might be delivered on a Saturday).

Certain items (e.g. identity wristbands) have free Standard delivery. You can choose to pay for a Express delivery service at the checkout.
Credit Card Security Credit cards are processed on a secure website. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (for example, we may need to give your details to a shipping company). In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Returns Policy
We aim to provide you with as much information as we can about each product so that you can make an informed purchasing decision. However, to give consumers additional confidence, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations (2000) give the right to cancel an order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of delivery to you. Such notice must be given to us by mail, fax or email. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation you must return the goods to us as soon as reasonably possible at your cost. Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. On cancellation, a full refund will be given within 30 days.
